James joined Genie as a Field Service Technician in NSW in December 2007, after a successful stint with NRMA Road Assistance.

As Customer Support Manager for NSW/ACT, the trained motor mechanic, with excellent communication and project management skills, leads the Genie field service team and oversees the ultramodern workshop in Glendenning. His responsibilities extend to supervising the predelivery operations in NSW and ACT, and fielding customer queries and finding valuable solutions fast.

Effectively the face of Genie 360 Support in NSW/ACT, James says the innovative end-to-end customer service solution will revolutionise the EWP industry. “Thanks to Genie 360 Support, we’re with our customers throughout the entire product lifecycle, from purchase through to repair or replacement.”
